Question 1: Unable to complete protection action test, no trip signal received
Customer: We are using this three‑phase microcomputer relay protection tester for substation comprehensive relay test. After outputting fault quantity, the protection device does not feed back trip signal, and the test cannot proceed. What may cause this problem?
