Question 1: The measured resistance reading keeps fluctuating and unstable during the field test
Customer: When I test the contact resistance of high-voltage circuit breakers with this handheld tester, the measured value jumps up and down and cannot get stable data. What are the possible causes?
Manufacturer: First of all, clean the contact surface of the test object thoroughly to remove oxide layer, dust and grease. Check whether the test clamps are firmly clipped on the metal contact without looseness. Inspect all test leads for broken wires or poor connection. Question 2: Failed to save test data after measurement
Customer: I complete the resistance test normally, but the data cannot be saved after clicking the save button.

Question 3: Thermal printer cannot output test report

Manufacturer: Check the installation direction of thermal paper. Only the thermal coated side can print. Verify whether the paper roll is exhausted or expired. Reinstall the printing paper correctly and test the print function. Do not disassemble the printer module by yourself.
