The pilot dielectric loss tester is a high-precision testing instrument used to detect the tangential values and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants, substations, or other on-site or laboratory locations. This instrument is an integrated structure with a built-in bridge for dielectric loss testing. This instrument features an integrated structure, built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency regulated power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. The test high-voltage source is generated by an inverter inside the instrument and is used for sample testing after the transformer is lifted. Frequencies can be adjusted to 50Hz, 47.5Hz, 52.5Hz, 45Hz, 55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5Hz, 62.5Hz, 55Hz, and 65Hz. Digital trap technology is used to avoid interference from industrial frequency electric fields, fundamentally solving measurement accuracy issues under strong electric field interference. At the same time, it is also applicable to all tests of generator power supply after a power outage. The instrument is equipped with an insulating oil cup and a temperature control device to test the dielectric loss of the insulating oil.
