Portable Automatic Single Cup Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage BDV Dielectric Strength Tester
The Automatic Oil Dielectric Strength Tester is designed for safe testing of large power transformers and other high-voltage electrical equipment including oil circuit breakers, oil-filled cables, power capacitors, and oil sleeves.
During operation, transformer oil performance gradually deteriorates due to exposure to oxygen, high temperature, humidity, sunlight, strong electric fields, and impurities, compromising its insulation capabilities. This tester accurately identifies performance degradation, as insulation oil quality is directly related to breakdown voltage.

It makes thetester can be operated automatically accordingto the presetting on the controlling panel.The whole process is controlled by the MCU, simply and convenient. The tester hasauto-check function. It will reset the power to Ov automatically, when power on. A TPU-A panel type printer is adopted to 8888 print test report.
According to the user's requirements, the testing times, the time for stirring and stillness and the notice method all can be set on the controlling panel.
