FAQ
Question 1: Output current value has large deviation compared with standard test data
Customer: When calibrating relays and circuit breakers on site, the tester operates normally without alarms, but the output current value has obvious deviation from standard reference data. What should I check?
Manufacturer: First, check all high-current output cables and grounding wires to ensure correct connection without wrong wiring or missing grounding. Second, inspect the test terminal clamps; oxidation, paint residue and loose contact will cause resistance difference and current deviation, clean and fasten all clamps tightly. Question 2: Tester current boosting fails during primary injection test
Customer: The instrument powers on normally and all indicators show normal status, but the device cannot boost current and fails to complete relay and circuit breaker calibration test. How to solve this problem?
Manufacturer: Incorrect loop connection is the main cause. Confirm the tested circuit breaker and relay form a completely closed test loop without open circuit.
