The instrument adopts automatic tilt photoelectric recognition method, which fully complies with GB/T 510 and GB/T 3535 standard test procedures. The oil sample is filled into the test tube. The temperature control system cools the sample step by step at a set rate. When reaching the preset temperature point, the driving mechanism tilts the test tube automatically. The photoelectric transmitter and receiver monitor the liquid level inside the tube in real time. If the liquid level shifts, it is judged that the sample still has fluidity; if the liquid level remains static, the sample is confirmed to stop flowing, and the instrument automatically records the temperature as solidifying point or pour point. The whole test runs automatically without manual operation.
