Product Description
MY-112 Sulfur in Petroleum and Petroleum Products by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF):
Sulfur content analyzer adopts X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to determine the total sulfur in petroleum and petroleum products. The test samples can include diesel fuel, jet fuel, kerosene, naphtha, residual oil, lubricating base oil, hydraulic oil, crude oil, unleaded gasoline, gasohol, biodiesel, and similar petroleum products.
Sulfur analyzer is in line with the relevant requirements of national standards GB/T 17040 and GB 11140, and fully comply with the requirements of the more stringent US national standard ASTM D4294-03.

Features
(1) The sulfur content analyzer adopts an integrated design of electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor components, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
(2) Sulfur content analyzer can measure a wide range of products, offering a fast analysis speed and requiring only a small number of standard samples.
(3) The sulfur content analyzer uses fluorescence intensity ratio analysis, automatically correcting for temperature and pressure, and adjusting for the carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H).
(4) The sulfur content analyzer is equipped with an 8-inch (1024*768) capacitive touchscreen.
(5) The EDXRF sulfur analyzer can determine its operating status and electrical parameters through repeatability testing and spectral scanning using reference samples.
(6) The sulfur content analyzer is equipped with an RS232 serial port, allowing connection to any computer.
(7) The sulfur content analyzer uses disposable polyester film sample cells to avoid cross-contamination. The sample cells are made using a multi-functional pressure forming device, ensuring speed and convenience. A hole in the sample cell cover allows you to record the sample serial number, S% (m/m), and date.
(8) The sample rack is mounted on a slide rail for easy operation and to prevent contamination of the detection system.
(9) The EDXRF sulfur analyzer can store a large amount of test data. You can view test data and calibration curves at any time.
(10) The sulfur analyzer uses a thermal printer, making paper replacement very convenient.
(11) The sulfur content analyzer employs robust safety measures to prevent oil leakage. The sample cell is placed on a leak-proof device. The sample cell can only enter the detection system along with the leak-proof device during sample analysis. If the instrument is not in sample analysis mode, the leak-proof device will be removed, thus preventing contamination of the detection system.
(12) The sulfur content analyzer's safety X-ray protection measures protect personnel from X-ray radiation.
