FAQ
Question 1: Actual temperature cannot reach the set temperature value
Customer: I set the target temperature on the panel, but the real‑time temperature cannot reach preset value and keeps deviating. What should I check?
Manufacturer: First, confirm the liquid medium is filled to the standard liquid‑level mark; too‑low liquid level will reduce heat‑exchange efficiency. Ensure the air‑cooling ventilation grilles on both sides and rear of the unit are not blocked by objects, papers or wall. Check that ambient room temperature is not excessively high. Verify heating or refrigeration function is activated correctly. If deviation still exists, perform temperature offset calibration in system setting menu. Do not disassemble inner chamber without authorization. Contact our technical support if fault persists.
Question 2: External circulation has no liquid output
Customer: I have turned on external circulation function, but no liquid flows out from external circulation ports.
Manufacturer: Make sure the liquid level inside tank is higher than circulation pump inlet. Check that two circulation hoses are correctly installed on outlet and return port, without folding, squeezing or blockage. Confirm circulation pump switch is enabled on control panel. If impurities block pipeline filter screen, clean the filter. Restart equipment and test circulation again. Never run circulation pump under no‑liquid condition to avoid pump damage.
Question 3: Error code pops up after power‑on startup
Customer: The bath powers on normally, but screen shows error code and stops working immediately.
Manufacturer: Cut off power supply completely, wait 3‑5 minutes then restart the machine. Check ventilation openings are unobstructed. Confirm there is no foreign solid debris inside liquid tank. Record the complete error code. If error recurs after reboot, send error code and on‑site photo to our technical team. Do not open internal electric cabinet cover by yourself.
Question 4: Temperature fluctuates violently and cannot keep stable
Customer: The running temperature swings up and down in large range, stable constant‑temperature state cannot be maintained.
Manufacturer: Avoid frequently opening the tank cover during working process; external ambient air will cause temperature drift. Place equipment away from direct sunlight and strong air‑condition wind. Use qualified anti‑freeze heat‑conduction medium; deteriorated or contaminated medium will greatly affect temperature‑control performance. After modifying set parameters, keep system running for enough thermal equilibrium time before reading test data. Do not place heat‑generating objects near bath tank opening.
Question 5: Liquid leakage occurs at pipeline joints or tank edge
Customer: Liquid medium leaks from hose connectors or around tank cover seam.
Manufacturer: Power off the unit and wait for cooling before inspection. Tighten the connecting nuts of circulation hoses. Inspect silicone hoses for aging, crack and abrasion; replace damaged hoses in time. Confirm hose inner diameter matches equipment port size. If leakage comes from inner‑tank welding seam, stop operation and contact after‑sales support.
Question 6: Refrigeration compressor does not start while heating function works normally
Customer: Heating function works fine, but compressor will not start when low‑temperature cooling is required.
Manufacturer: Check whether set temperature is higher than ambient room temperature; compressor will not activate if cooling is not required. Observe system setting to confirm refrigeration function is not manually disabled. After continuous multiple refrigeration cycles, compressor has short‑delay protection, wait several minutes and observe. If compressor still cannot start, stop using and contact technical support for hardware inspection.
Question 7: Display screen is dim or no response after power‑on
Customer: Power indicator light is on, but control screen is dark, buttons fail to respond.
Manufacturer: Confirm power supply voltage matches equipment rated requirement. Check power socket and power cord for poor contact. Reboot instrument by cutting power for 5 minutes. If screen still keeps dark, internal control module may be abnormal, please contact after‑sales service.
Question 8: Shipping Method
Customer: If we place an order, how do you typically ship the goods? Will there be any issues with transporting bulky items such as reactors?
Manufacturer: We default to using dedicated logistics lines or brand-specific express shipping services; small-sized main units and accessories may also be shipped via standard courier services. Large items, such as reactors and excitation transformers, are packed using wooden crates or wooden frames for reinforcement to prevent bumps and moisture exposure during transit; a packing list is included with each package to facilitate item-by-item counting for you. Logistics costs are typically determined by both parties in accordance with the contract terms; after shipment, we will send you both the tracking number and the carrier's contact phone number for easy tracking.If your project site is remote or if delivery to the site is required with a specified logistics company, please inform us in advance when placing your order; we can then coordinate and arrange accordingly.

Customer: Our projects are distributed across several states, and our procurement volumes are substantial; are the shipping methods consistent across all states? How is the delivery time calculated?
Manufacturer: The specifications are identical; however, it should be specifically noted that this equipment set is large in size and heavy in weight—components such as the reactor and excitation transformer are all classified as heavy components. Therefore, regardless of which state or region the shipment is destined for, we will uniformly utilize sea freight transportation. The packaging employs export-grade wooden crates with reinforced structures, along with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments; the design of these wooden crates is optimized for long-distance sea transport and multiple lifting and transshipment operations. Upon arrival at the destination, simply unpack the goods and conduct an inspection before putting them into use.
