Product Description
The Salt Spray Combined Climate Tester is to test: If surface of different material can adopt the corrosion resistance, as well as changes in temperature and humidity after the plating, anodic treatment, spraying, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment. This machine is designed to test the influence of salt pollution that might accelerate the corrosion on the metal material outdoors. The device contains the circulation of the sample to the salt fog, dry, hot and humid environment test method.

FAQ
Question 1: Weak or no salt mist output during test
Customer: The chamber powers on and runs normally, but salt mist output is very low or there is no spray at all. What causes this issue?
Manufacturer: First check the brine liquid level inside the salt water tank, insufficient solution will reduce spray volume. Inspect the atomizing nozzle; salt crystal accumulation often blocks the nozzle, clean it with warm distilled water. Verify the air pressure regulator is adjusted to the standard working pressure and check all air pipelines for air leakage. Only use distilled water to prepare salt solution, tap‑water will produce impurities and block components. Restart equipment after troubleshooting. If the problem remains, please contact our technical support team.
Question 2: Cannot reach the set test temperature
Customer: The heating indicator is on, yet the inner chamber temperature cannot reach preset test temperature and keeps deviating.
Manufacturer: Ensure the test chamber cover is fully closed and latched tightly, hot air leakage will affect temperature rising. Keep equipment away from cold air flow and direct cold wind. Check whether the door sealing gasket is aged, deformed or stuck with debris, which will cause heat loss. Confirm heating function is not manually disabled. You can perform temperature offset calibration in control menu. Do not open the inner cabinet without permission, contact support if deviation still exists.
Question 3: Machine triggers alarm and stops operation suddenly
Customer: During long‑duration corrosion test, the equipment gives alarm signal and stops running automatically.
Manufacturer: Check liquid level of brine tank and pressure tank; low liquid level will trigger safety protection alarm. Confirm waste liquid overflow pipeline is smooth without clogging. Check input power supply for unstable voltage. Cut off power and restart the chamber. If alarm occurs repeatedly after reboot, record alarm indicator status and take on‑site photos, send information to our technical staff, do not disassemble internal components.
Question 4: Brine leaks from chamber door or pipeline joints
Customer: Salt water leaks from the gap of chamber lid or connection pipe fittings during operation.
Manufacturer: Power off the machine and terminate the test before inspection. Check whether chamber cover is completely locked. Examine door sealing gasket for aging, crack or foreign object jam. Tighten all brine pipe joints properly. Replace damaged sealing parts in time. Do not continue running with leakage, leaked salt solution may corrode machine shell and electrical parts.
Question 5: Heavy salt crystal residue builds up inside test chamber
Customer: After several test cycles, a large amount of salt crystal deposits stick to inner wall, nozzle and pipelines.
Manufacturer: Drain all waste salt solution immediately after finishing each test. Clean inner chamber, nozzle and pipelines with distilled water. Do not leave brine staying inside chamber for long idle period. Use qualified pure sodium chloride reagent for solution preparation, impure salt will generate more crystalline residue. Regular cleaning can avoid nozzle blockage and extend equipment service life.
Question 6: Shipping Method
Customer: If we place an order, how do you typically ship the goods? Will there be any issues with transporting bulky items such as reactors?
Manufacturer: We default to using dedicated logistics lines or brand-specific express shipping services; small-sized main units and accessories may also be shipped via standard courier services. Large items, such as reactors and excitation transformers, are packed using wooden crates or wooden frames for reinforcement to prevent bumps and moisture exposure during transit; a packing list is included with each package to facilitate item-by-item counting for you. Logistics costs are typically determined by both parties in accordance with the contract terms; after shipment, we will send you both the tracking number and the carrier's contact phone number for easy tracking.If your project site is remote or if delivery to the site is required with a specified logistics company, please inform us in advance when placing your order; we can then coordinate and arrange accordingly.

Question 9: Shipping methods for each region (Sea freight)
Customer: Our projects are distributed across several states, and our procurement volumes are substantial; are the shipping methods consistent across all states? How is the delivery time calculated?
Manufacturer: The specifications are identical; however, it should be specifically noted that this equipment set is large in size and heavy in weight—components such as the reactor and excitation transformer are all classified as heavy components. Therefore, regardless of which state or region the shipment is destined for, we will uniformly utilize sea freight transportation. The packaging employs export-grade wooden crates with reinforced structures, along with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments; the design of these wooden crates is optimized for long-distance sea transport and multiple lifting and transshipment operations.
