High Accuracy 0.5% Loop Resistance Tester with Portable Design and Strong Anti-Interference for Circuit Breaker Testing
Product Overview
With the development of electric power infrastructure in China, capacitor compensation devices have experienced unprecedented growth. However, this has led to a sharp increase in capacitor accident rates, including serious group injury incidents. To prevent shunt capacitor accidents and ensure safe, reliable power grid operation, the State Grid Corporation has established Measures for Preventing High Voltage Shunt Capacitor Accidents.
These measures explicitly recommend "regularly measuring the capacitance of individual capacitors in capacitor banks using measurement methods that don't require disconnecting wiring, thereby avoiding casing oil leakage failures caused by disassembly forces." This instrument addresses measurement challenges in high voltage shunt capacitor banks at substation sites, developed in accordance with national standards including GB3983.2-1989 "High voltage shunt capacitor", DL/T840-2003 "Technical conditions for the use of high voltage Shunt capacitor" and JB5346-1998 "series reactor".
Primarily used for measuring high voltage shunt capacitor banks and reactors in reactive power compensation devices, this instrument employs high-speed microprocessors to synchronously collect voltage and current signals from test subjects, automatically calculating capacitance and inductance equivalent values. Field capacitor measurement occurs without disconnecting wiring, simplifying testing procedures and significantly improving work efficiency. After testing, the instrument automatically calculates capacitor capacity and other parameters for each phase, easily identifying capacitor quality changes and connection conductor faults between devices.
