FAQ

Question 1: Device fails to power on / No display after startup
Customer: After connecting to the 220V supply and pressing the power button, the device has no response and the display stays off. What causes this?
Manufacturer: Check the input power connection first. Confirm the 220V supply is normal and the power cord is firmly plugged. Verify the internal fuse is intact. If the problem persists, do not open the cabinet for self-repair and contact technical support.
Question 2: Output current cannot reach preset value
Customer: During the test, the actual output current cannot rise to the set value and is much lower than the rated current. What causes this?
Manufacturer: Check the test loop for excessive impedance first. Use test cables with sufficient cross-section and tighten all connecting terminals. Confirm the tested load is within the device's rated output range. Shorten test cables appropriately to reduce line loss.
Question 3: Output shuts off suddenly during testing
