Small‑character continuous inkjet printer is an industrial non‑contact coding device specially designed for modern automated production lines. Adopting advanced continuous ink‑jet technology, it can stably print dates, batch numbers, expiry dates, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and custom texts on various surfaces including plastic, glass, metal, cable, pipe and packaging film.

Customer: We have completed installation and powered on the S200plus cij printer. The touch screen works normally, but no ink marks appear on the product surface. What may cause this problem?
Manufacturer: This situation frequently occurs during on‑site production‑line debugging, please perform step‑by‑step troubleshooting. First, check whether ink cartridge and make‑up solvent cartridge are installed correctly, confirm no empty consumables or poor contact. Second, verify the print parameter settings, confirm print content, print speed and trigger sensor are selected correctly. Besides, check whether the print head nozzle is blocked. If above steps cannot solve the fault, please contact us promptly and do not disassemble the equipment yourself.
Question 2: Distorted or incomplete printing content
Customer: The printer can eject ink partially, but the printed characters are distorted and incomplete; fonts break or blur greatly. How to resolve this problem?
Manufacturer: This issue is usually caused by nozzle clogging, aging ink circuit or unstable production‑line speed. Please take the following measures: First, run print‑head automatic cleaning procedure to remove ink residue. Second, inspect ink and solvent, replace expired consumables. Third, keep the print head away from strong airflow or high‑temperature environment to reduce ink droplet deflection interference. If the problem still exists, please check the actual working condition of print‑head nozzle itself.
Question 3: Device screen freezes during continuous long‑time production
Customer: When we carry out long‑time continuous coding on‑site production line, the touch screen freezes and all operation buttons lose response. Does it mean internal hardware is damaged?
Manufacturer: Please do not worry. In most cases, it is temporary system exception instead of hardware damage. Unstable field power supply or strong electromagnetic interference may lead to system halt. Recommended procedure: Disconnect power supply, wait several minutes and restart the instrument. Avoid working under severe electromagnetic interference environment. If the fault recurs after restarting, please contact technical support, do not open the instrument housing privately.
Question 4: Printed text has large deviation and position offset
Customer: We complete the whole setting procedure, but the printed content has obvious position deviation compared with expected printing area on products. How can we fix this?
Manufacturer: Three main reasons lead to large printing offset: wrong print‑head installation angle, mismatched conveyor speed parameter setup, or abnormal trigger sensor. Manufacturer: Please comply with these important requirements: First, operators need professional training, be familiar with cij printer structure and instrument operation manual. Third, avoid violent impact and drop during transportation; use original hard protective case for storage and transit. Therefore, regardless of which state or region the shipment is destined for, we will uniformly utilize sea freight transportation. The packaging employs export-grade wooden crates with reinforced structures, along with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments; the design of these wooden crates is optimized for long-distance sea transport and multiple lifting and transshipment operations.
