Customer: After power‑on, program setup and fixture installation are finished, the machine runs normally but no glue flows out from the dispensing head. What causes this problem?
Manufacturer: This issue frequently occurs in daily production, please troubleshoot step‑by‑step.
First, check whether glue barrel, dispensing nozzle and mixing tube are correctly installed; confirm no blockage or air bubble inside the flow path. Second, verify parameter settings on touch screen, make sure dispensing time and air pressure value are not set to zero. Besides, check whether air compressor provides stable compressed air supply. If above operations cannot solve the problem, please contact us promptly, do not disassemble the dispensing head by yourself.
Question 2: Glue dispensing result deviation, uneven glue bead size
Customer: The machine can eject glue normally, but glue bead width and glue volume show obvious deviation between different workpieces. How can we fix this issue?
Manufacturer: This fault is generally caused by incorrect parameter setting or installation error. Please take following measures: First, double‑check air pressure; ensure input air pressure stays stable without fluctuation. Second, confirm test parameters including dispensing time, moving speed and height offset are correctly set in software. Third, check dispensing nozzle for wear or partial clogging. If the nozzle is aging, replace with new nozzle and run test dispensing again.
Question 3: Device screen freezes or movement stops in long‑time continuous production
Customer: During mass continuous dispensing production, the machine screen freezes, axis movement stops and touch panel loses response. Does it mean the main control board is damaged?
Manufacturer: Please do not worry. In most cases it belongs to system temporary exception instead of hardware damage. Long‑time high‑cycle running or unstable external power supply may cause system halt.
Recommended operation steps: Cut off AC power supply, wait several minutes, restart the whole machine. Do not operate the instrument under unstable power grid environment. If fault recurs after restarting, please contact technical support, do not open the machine housing privately.
Question 4: Glue dripping or stringing happens after dispensing stops
Customer: When one dispensing cycle finishes, residual glue drips from nozzle or generates glue string on workpiece surface. Is there any way to improve this situation?
Manufacturer: There are three main causes for glue dripping & stringing: insufficient suck‑back value, improper distance between nozzle and workpiece, and high viscosity of adhesive. It is recommended to adjust suck‑back parameter on control panel; optimize working height between nozzle and product. Check whether mixing tube is blocked or partially cured by leftover glue. If the problem still exists after adjustment, please describe your glue type and on‑site condition, we will arrange technical personnel for remote guidance.
Question 5: Precautions for Transportation, Handling and Production Operation
Customer: This dual‑station automatic desktop dispensing machine is precision automation equipment. What special points should we pay attention to for on‑site production, storage and transportation?
Manufacturer: Please comply with these key requirements: First, operators must receive simple operation training, be familiar with dispensing programming principle and machine operation specification. Second, strictly follow operation sequence before power‑on; double‑check air piping, power connection and fixture installation by two personnel to avoid wrong connection damaging device or workpiece. Third, avoid violent impact and dropping during transportation; use original protective packing case for storage and transit. Fourth, keep workshop environment dry and dust‑free, prevent dust and uncured glue contaminating moving parts. Fifth, store machine in dry and ventilated place. Manufacturer: The specifications are identical; however, it should be specifically noted that this equipment set is large in size and heavy in weight—components such as the reactor and excitation transformer are all classified as heavy components. Therefore, regardless of which state or region the shipment is destined for, we will uniformly utilize sea freight transportation. The packaging employs export-grade wooden crates with reinforced structures, along with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments; the design of these wooden crates is optimized for long-distance sea transport and multiple lifting and transshipment operations. Upon arrival at the destination, simply unpack the goods and conduct an inspection before putting them into use.
