Product Description
MYRB transformer DC resistance is the transformer manufacturing semi-finished products, finished products factory test, installation, overhaul, change the tap changer, after the handover test and power department preventive test must be measured items. It can check the welding quality of the winding joints and whether there is any turn-to-turn short-circuit in the winding, whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap-changer is good and whether the actual position of the tap-changer matches with the indicated position, whether there is any fracture of the lead wire, whether there is any breakage of multi-stranded conductors in parallel winding and whether there is any breakage of strands and so on. In order to meet the needs of transformer DC resistance rapid measurement, our company developed the HZP-10B DC resistance tester. The instrument adopts new power supply technology, featuring small volume, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, and perfect protection function, etc. The whole machine is controlled by high-speed microcontroller.
