This device consists of SF6 gas recovery and purification equipment. The main advantages of the product involved are the ability to directly store the recovered SF6 gas in liquid form in a container, and the ability to recover the residual pressure inside the GIS to 53Kpa (absolute pressure). It has a small volume, is easy to move and place, has a fast vacuum pumping speed, can dry and filter the recovered SF6 gas, and can also recharge SF6 gas to SF6 electrical equipment.
